We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our construction and infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring civil construction activities while ensuring that projects are completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction planning, structural works, site execution, quantity estimation, quality control, and project coordination. The candidate will work closely with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and monitor daily civil construction activities at project sites.

Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the planned schedule.

Inspect construction materials and ensure compliance with required quality standards.

Supervise RCC, foundation, structural, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and project documentation.

Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.

Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards at the construction site.

Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and cost monitoring.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.

Coordinate with project management teams to achieve timely and quality project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

Good understanding of RCC, structural works, estimation, and quantity measurement.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under project deadlines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction/project management tools will be an advantage.
